Henan Polytechnic University

I. Admission requirement:

1. Good health and able to take care of himself.

2. Must be older than 16 years old but younger than 60 years old.

3. Abide by Chinese laws, school rules and disciplines.

4. For bachelor’s degree, you must have already high school diploma.

5. For master’s degree, you must have already bachelor’s degree.

6. Studying period must be more than half a year. Students on September admission study from the very beginning, while students on March admission are requested with certain language studying experience.

II. Application procedures:

1.Fill out “Application Form for Foreign Students”.

2.Send email to the International office of HPU with attached documents including “Application Form for Foreign Students”, final education certificate, passport, examination sheets and head shots.

3.The school will issue “Admission Notice” and “Application Form for Foreign Students” (Form JW202 in abbreviation) to the applicants depending up their application materials.

4.With above mentioned two documents and “Physical Check Form”, the applicants can apply X visa on Chinese Consulate.

5.The applicants should register in HPU according to the time stipulated in “Admission Notice”.

III. Application time:

◆ For September admission, application deadline is July 1st.

◆ For March admission, application deadline is Jan. 10th.

Note: Exception can only be granted to students who come for language study.

IV. Requested application materials:

◆ “Application Form for Foreign Students”

◆  Final Education Certificate

◆  Passport copy

◆  Examination Sheet or School Certificate

◆  Head shot

◆  Registration fee and JW202 Form fee: RMB 500
